Beings that it is an ungodly hour, and there are no syringes at my house I decided to try something very simple with the annoying juice that just doesn't seem to go anywhere, and produces crappy hits, in the carts for my Volcano. 
Flipping over the batting.
Results: While it makes a terrible mess, and gets juice everywhere, the juice that was trapped at the bottom, does surface and produce some pretty nice throat hits for a little bit.
