Are the CSR reps bots?

Post  angelique510 on Fri Jan 29, 2010 3:41 pm

I ask because no human could be that incompetent. I had a very plesant chat this morning. I was wondering why my order wasn't here yet. I knew the black kits were on a three week delay, but they did not make it plain that the black batts and carts were on back order too. A misunderstanding - I can deal with that, not a problem. Then I asked him if blu had a coupon code, since most e-cig vendors do and he gave me one. "Cool", thought I. I was even going to post a thread called "Why does everyone complain about blu's customer service? I was very pleased with my experience." Good thing I am a procrastinator.

A little while later, I get an e-mail saying that my order was canceled. WTF? In case you missed it the first time WTF!!?????

So I go back on chat to as them what was going on. She said that it was canceled "per my request" because I was unhappy about the wait time. And that I was given a $10 off code to order later. And that if I order whitew parts, they will be shipped out within 72 hours. If I wanted white, I would have ordered white! <insert dirty words here> I told her to reinstate my order because I already paid for it. She tells me that I was not billed, they don't bill until it is shipped. Oh, great - when they get around to shipping it, I'll get an overdraft fee. Who does that? Well, other than "Current Checks" I overdrafted my account when I bought checks because they didn't take the money when I told them to. If I tell you to take money out of my bank, you had better do it right quick, because it will not be there when you get around to it later.

They are real cancel happy, aren't they? They're not going to make money if they cancel thier customers orders. Can you tell I am upset?

I told her to fix it because I don't want to have to wait any longer than I have to. She spoke with her supervisor who escalated the issue to management. A manager will call or e-mail me by close of business today. He had better hope that I am not as upset when he gets around to calling me or he'll get an earful!

I finally find an e-cig that I like, and customer service sucks mokey balls.

I'm going to go take a nap now.

I might just do that. I got a shipment from Volcano very quickly. I need to ask Joe if he can stock batts with blue LEDs. I don't care for the red.

Why are you surprised that they bill you when it's ordered. I think that's good on their part, and its explicatly stated that they will not charge you until it is shipped out.
