At it again

My wife placed the order for one Black and one White kit. Well I started researching and when she told me she already ordered I got nervous. I read this forum and found the Customer Service issues and Shipping delays. Today I contacted Blu and you guessed it. Without any notification they are now back ordered on the White Starter Kit. So I asked them to just change the other one to Black. "Sorry you have to cancel the order and resubmit" Can I do this on the phone? "Yes you can cancel the order on the phone" Can I order on the phone? "No you have to go online!" Won't I go back to the end of the line if I do this? "yes your order will go back in the que" So how long before the white kit comes in? "it won't be more then a few weeks"

You would think that Blu would be smart enough to figure out by now that people are talking and that they need to get their crap together. I mean how hard is it to put on the item "temporarily out of stock" or "do you wish to back order this item?" Instead of making us crawl through hoops for answers? Half of their customer service problem is they don't keep their customers informed which creates a backlog in Customer Service.
Rule of business #1 Customers come first they pay your paychecks.
Rule of business #2 Treat your customers with honesty, respect, and a quality product and they will send more customers.
Rule of business #3 Bad publicity is Bad publicity.
Rule of business #4 If your suppliers can't keep up with demand, you demand they make more. (Blu is their customer back to rule #1)
