Blu vapers going over to Volcano
First off, I'm a big fan of Blu.
But they gotta get their act together. I'm reading more and more that people are getting turned off to Blu and moving over to Volcano just for better customer service. I know it's the same gear, but different distributor. If Volcano has their act together, I'll start buying from them.

If I speak to anyone considering a Blu, I ABSOLUTELY try to talk them out of it....
Their business practices are bordering on incompetent, since around last May....
They need to change a LOT of things....

Re: Blu vapers going over to Volcano
Nikko, I entirely agree.
I just ordered a deluxe kit and two spare attys from Volcano just 3 hours ago. I've already recieved shipping confirmation with a Priority Mail tracking number....IN ONLY THREE HOURS!!!!!!!
I made two orders to Blu last friday and they're STILL PROCESSING!!!
Um...I think I'm switching over to Volcano. I know they're the same L88B kits but a three hour turn around as compared to four days and counting...it's a no brainer.

Four days? Try several WEEKS....
Blu is shooting themselves in the foot and have been for over 8 months, by getting too big for their ability to supply the demand.
Shame, they could be doing the industry a lot of good....
I bought my wife a Volcano for Christmas and she LOVES it; it outperforms my Blu, but admittedly, my Blu was new last May and they've improved the model considerably since then, supposedly.....
... but she loves her Phoenix even more.....

I gotta wonder what the difference is tho between the two companies. They sell the exact same product but with different paint. Kinda like Ford and Mercury I guess. I'm sure they roll off the same Chinese assembly line. Maybe it's different materials, but who knows.
I'm sure I'll get my V's faster than my B's. If the V turns out to be superior, I'll not be doing business with Blu again.

Volcano?
Well I just talked to the very friendly lady over at Volcano. I am canceling my 2nd Blu order and going to Volcano, not only was she friendly, but she was honest and gave me a discount code to get the price closer to Blu. Even though I will get one less atty from Volcano in each kit, I am willing to spend the extra $10 for better service. She also said the white kits should be online today or tomorrow so I get exactly what I wanted too. Why is it that things that have Blu in them seem to suck. Blue Cheese, Blue Balls, St. Louis Blues(love you guys, but you're sucking this season) Blu Ecigs etc.

Oh, I don't know about that... Blue Hawaiian is one of my favorite drinks.....freefl2 wrote:.... Why is it that things that have Blu in them seem to suck?......
...mmmm... Blue Curaçao....
(Blue Curaçao is a sweet blue liqueur, distilled and flavored from the dried peel of bitter oranges. It can also contain distillates of lemons and curacao fruit, sugar and wine.)
I've got some Blueberry Juice that's pretty tasty, too....

Ok you got me there
Ok I forgot about the Blue Hawaiians I gave up the booze long ago, but that was one of my favorites back in the 80's. Of course there is also Blue Jeans. So not everything with Blu sucks but the customer service still does LOL

Blu is an internet marketing company and nothing more. Volcano is a small, close knit, group of people who care about their customers. Its really that simple. I am a Volcano customer but I have no financial interest in either company.

Re: Blu vapers going over to Volcano
Volcano is also much more progressive, always adding more products. They already offer a car charger, a pass-through, disposables, and they just added a carrying case, as well as new LED colors (green, white) or the option of NO LED (a request from their customers in the military).
They also offer more flavors, having just added Coconut. And, above all, if you use pre-filled carts, Volcano's are much cheaper (and they don't force you to buy a "carton" (5 packs) at a time).

Cost more or did it?
Here is what Blu needs to realize, I ordered 2 kits from Volcano the cost was $10 more for the kit, and we ended up with 2 less attys. So in reality it was $30 more then Blu. However Volcano gives you a choice of what 5 flavors you want. Blu just tells you you're going to get Java, Menthol, Cherry, Tobacco, Vanilla with your kit. Personally if I want to taste Java, I grab a cup of coffee, and menthol just isn't our thing, so right from the beginning I have lost 20 Cartridges that I am 100% certain I am not going to like so I just saved $20 worth of Cartridges we would have to buy to make up for the flavors my wife and I didn't want. Volcano gave me a 10% off coupon code over the phone which saved me $18 because I ordered 2 kits. So the bottom line is that I actually saved $28 by using Volcano because I had to order 2 extra attys. Oh and I saved more money on the extra month or two of buying analogs waiting on the Blu kits to ship.
I'm telling you no matter how you look at it Volcano has the right formula for success, Blue has the formula to make Volcano more successful
Here is an update. Freaking awesome. How's this for service. I placed order last night w/Volcano at 9pm CST time. Today at 3:20pm I received shipping confirmation. 18 hours from Order to shipping confirmation. In reality it was more like 4-5 hours because they were closed for most of the time between and weren't shipping order until today due to backlog which they announced upfront.

Aloha!!! I have read this so many times. Let me clear up this rumor. Our product is so much different from BLU. There has been proof and pictures comparing batteries, cartridges, atomizers and PCC. We do not have the same product, but have the same MODEL and different VERSION of that model. Our flavors are also completely different. The only thing we have in common is that we have the same ASSEMBLER in China. Most parts in China are all manufactured at the same place. Companies in China that claim they are manufacturers just buy parts and assemble them for you. We both have the same model, but we have different parts that make up our model. Mahalo!!!
