Is the Live Chat Help Person an auto bot?

I've only had my blu for a day and started noticing a burnt after taste.
I asked the person about it and he just said I needed to clean the atty...
I asked how and he just told me to blow on it....
then I asked from what end do I blow from then rushed to "is there anything else I can help you with?"

I'm just going to ask you guys from now on if I get issues

Yeah, Blu CS is known for thier morons answering the phones. Just ask us next time. As far as cleaning it. What I do is run hot water through it, hot as you can handle for about 1-2 minutes. Then blow dry it with your mouth or maybe a hair dryer. I blow through both ends. Then once it is pretty dry I drop liquid strait on the atty tip and take a couple drags, then I drip again and take a couple drags till it starts producing vaper again. Sometimes it takes a bit of work to get it going again.

You should know I am only in my second day of smoking an electronic cigarette so am by no means an authority.

In researching the subject prior to purchasing my Blu Starter kit I did read that if you inhale too deeply and/or too
often you will get a burnt taste in your mouth.

We've become accustom to suffering without cigarettes while working, shopping, dining, etc.. then quickly inhaling one
between duties. I have been trying to softly inhale off of mine before I feel a craving to do so realizing it has limited
potential with satisfying such a craving.
