I wasn't even going to mess with it but I was talking to admin about how my pack was all screwed up and I thought, I guess it says there is a 1 year warrantee on this stuff so I thought I would give it a shot.

Neat stuff.

ok wish i could have had the same experience...I just called them telling the them the PCC was not charging my batteries...She sounded all confused and started explaining the charging...Listen I said I know how to charge the pack the pack is not charging the batteries..I had a battery in it for 3 hrs and took it out and its dead so could you please replace the PCC...Oh yes she said just ship it back and we will ship you out another one...Ok you want me to pay to ship it back when you sent me a defective product...I just am not getting that...She sends me a form in the e-mail and says to fill it out and then ship the item back and they will ship out a new one...I said where does it say that on your site that I am paying shipping back..she said it doesn't..Well bullcrap then you could just keep sending me defective units and I can just keep paying to ship them back...I am not a happey camper aout this. I had some bad batts for my other e-cigs and the company sent me new batts and a return address label and didnt cost me anything...Im pissed...

Did you have to fill a form out ? And how much did it cost to ship it back?

Hmm wonder why the hell she sent me a form to fill out....Very odd but I will do what I have to do....You would think they would just ship you one with a return label and say sorry and eat the cost just so people would say "Hey get the Blu-Cigs" good CS and they cover shipping...Oh well

I remember arguing that with them.

Especially when it is a bad part.

Salamin, before you decide to send your Blu PCC back, try this...

Make sure you do NOT have a battery screwed into the Blu PCC.
Charge your Blu PCC, takes about 4 hours...
Screw a battery into the charger slot.
Keep an eye on it... It should take between 45 minutes to an hour, at the most Wink
When the blue LED turns off, unscrew the battery IMMEDIATELY!
It's charged....

Leaving it in the PCC for 3 hours will DISCHARGE it, AND the PCC Exclamation
This will give you the impression that it didn't charge it in the first place, and that your PCC isn't holding a charge.
This is an incorrect impression Neutral

Leaving a battery in the USB charger longer than to the point at which it starts blinking blue will also not do you any favors.

You know what Nikko why dont you go to work for them because that the best answer I had so far and you just might be right on that...Because I am a bit confused...My PCC light is on and then after about 45 min it starts blinking on and off and then stays on and then starts blinking(the led on the PCC)...Are you saying that if I see that blink I should take it out? Maybe thats my problem..

Yes, as soon as you notice that the PCC light has turned off or starts to flash, unscrew the battery. Otherwise it will sit there and drain the battery and the pcc.

I think the book says something about that being a safty feature or something like that. ???

Now with the USB charger, once the blu light comes on for a extended period of time like minute or 2 of being without blinking then you know the battery is charged. Plus the USB charger takes anywhere between 45-60 minutes to charge that battery.
