recently my mom and i ordered a blu starter kit, hers white mine black. she got hers first due to her getting paid a week before me and mine being on back order. once i finally received mine in the mail i wasnt to happy with the vapor production of my atomizer, so i switched to the spare, WAY better. the first one i used i realized if i gave it a "break" each drag would have a good vapor amount but if u were to take a drag within 30 seconds the vapor production was almost none at all. ...

I purchased a Blu starter kit and the atomizers were filled with plastic and tar like gunk on the insides. I really had no idea but it was ruining the filament in the atomizers. After one puff the battery started blinking at me like I was overdoing it. Probably because the filament was being overloaded. I had to go in there with tweezers to get the junk out. God knows who else's mouth this has been in!

I can't believe this company would be careless enough to not only re-sell used atomizers, ...

Greetings,

I just recently received my Blu last week, and it just recently started to not work very well at all.. not much vapor is coming out. I did notice that something red is lighting up/igniting int he atomizer, does anyone know what that is? and how to fix it? I noticed that the spare atomizer doesn't do that at all, and works just fine.

Thank you in advance.

The piece that you actually screw the battery onto deep down in that hole came out. After that happened I was able to jam it back down there, and it worked again. This time it came out again with my battery and when I tried to put it back down there it wouldnt work anymore. I pulled the foam part out of the pack and tried to look down there but the plastic part under the foam doesnt come out. From what i could see there were some wires sticking up oddly so I think its really busted.

I mentioned in my first posts that I had received a bad atomizer in the 2 that came with my kit. Thought it only fair to let everyone know that I filled out the paperwork, sent it in along with the dud atty, and got my replacement yesterday. Took about a week or so - which is very respectable. In that time I took the advice given by some on the forum to give the primer puff and then the slow draw and am having much more success - much happier with the unit now. I did get my Revolver Elite and ...

The package clearly states that only one atomizer comes with the starter set. Furthermore, when putting together the way I think is right, I can't get any vapor out the dang thing. (Though I can taste the yummy, ...

Is there any preferred way to charge the blu's battery? I have outlets aplenty around me so I'm not restricted to using the blu pack to charge the battery, but has anyone experienced a better/longer charge from using one method over another? (basically the blu pack vs. usb).

Also, I noticed when I charge my battery via usb, the light turns red to signify that it's charging, and after an hour, instead of turning solid blue, every 10 seconds or so it'll turn red and then go back to blue 10 ...

However, for the last 2 days, I've been having trouble, where if I take a drag of my Blu, I get little or no vapor and a quite painful burning sensation. My atomizer has no debris on it, my battery is 100% charged, and my cartridge is brand new. I get about 2 hits from my Blu, then after that, nothing! I'm trying ...

The following is my BluCigs chat transcript from earlier today. The issue is, I am leaving the country so placed an order one week ago for $80 worth of carts (all the same type, color, and nicotine level) and a single black battery, bringing the order to around $90. My order status still showed Processing (not even shipped!) one week later, so decided to investigate.

Through the chat transcript, I found out the black battery is holding up the order due to being backlogged (really? ...

I ask because no human could be that incompetent. I had a very plesant chat this morning. I was wondering why my order wasn't here yet. I knew the black kits were on a three week delay, but they did not make it plain that the black batts and carts were on back order too. A misunderstanding - I can deal with that, not a problem. Then I asked him if blu had a coupon code, since most e-cig vendors do and he gave me one. "Cool", thought I. I was even going to post a thread called "Why ...
