Are all the slow shipping stories about BLACK Kits only?

Just wondering. I ordered the White starter kit to avoid delays (as warned on the Blucigs site about a lack of black). My order was placed 3 days ago and still shows as 'in process'. I will try to be patient. I am just used to the world of 'next-day shipping'.

I read a lot of reviews on the BluCig and I think it's the right product for me. I can only blame myself for not properly researching the customer service or shipping issues.

I plan on ordering supplies from volcano after I receive my Blu kit.

Not sure about black being the only slow shipper. I imagine all shipping will be kinda slow :-)
I love my Blu I really do, and I have a 510 and a puresmoker PT as well but I still think the Blu is a handy actually cigarette sized device. and that you can switch out different attys on it such as the 510 and m801's makes it a kick ass device. Low battery life but the PCC makes that problem non existent. Mine took about a week and a half to arrive, but you'll be super stoked with it if you start to drip on it. But yeh volcano parts work great I just got a white volcano battery with a orange LED for vaping when I go to a bar and don't want to be asked questions all the time, cuz it looks just like a cigarette!

My recent delivery was quick

Hello,

First off I do wish you much luck with quitting smoking.

I placed an order for the white Blu Cigs Starter kit with two additional cartons of refill cartridges on January 4th.
My order was delivered in the afternoon on January 9th and I reside in the St. Louis Missouri metropolitan area.

Blucigs.com sent an email informing me that my credit card had been charged, then I did not hear from them again until
they provided a shipping number email the day before delivery. At that point when checking the USPS website the parcel
was already in the St. Louis metro. area. I've had this issue "tracking' packages with USPS consistently so do believe it
is more likely them to blame as opposed to Blucigs.com.

Based on my research they aren't always as quick as my delivery however the horror stories appeared to be isolated to
the summer of 2009.

Again, I wish you well. I've only had mine a couple days but am very pleased and have re-ordered new cartridges now that
I am comfortable with the device and have no reason to return it.

I just recieved my invoice by email and I can expect it to be shipped out within 48hrs.

As for USPS "tracking", that has always been a joke - not Blu's fault.

I will be interested in how long it takes your supplies to come in though. I am used to buying a pack of smokes when I only have one or two left. Planning ahead will be a challenge for me.

Yes, I received my starter kit along with the two additional cartons of cartridges, tested it to ensure it worked and would work for me and then 2 days later ordered (4) cartons of refills anticipating there could be delay.

I intend on planning to keep at least one carton unused so if there's ever delayed delivery I won't be inclined to take up real cigarettes again.

Thanks Nikko.

As stated I am very new to this all but am planning on researching this prior to ordering any additional cartridges.
I decided initially it best to just purchase their cartridges to ensure I have no convenient excuses to return
to traditional cigarettes.

Just an update - no Blu yet. My order status was changed to "shipped" Monday night. No email with shipment tracking number. Nothing in the mailbox...

It didn't follow a similar protocol as when my original order was placed and shipped then.

I have since ordered additional cartridges and do know it is taking much longer to process and ship than did my original starter kit.

You may wish to phone them and ask them to access the shipping progress for you. I emailed during my first order and they are very slow to respond to emails and even said as much. I think it takes 72 hours to get a reply to an email or something ridiculous.
