The free shipping option is USPS First Class which only offers delivery confirmation and not tracking ability. We are looking at adding other carriers in the near future. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Sure thing. I got the Freedom flavor since I'm not too much of a menthol kinda guy, but they may be including one of their menthols as the free 10ml. Guess we'll see..
